Rilievo respects your privacy. We believe technology should give people more control over how they create, view, and experience products — without compromising clarity, dignity, or personal privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Rilievo collects, how it is used, what is stored, and what remains entirely on your device.
1. Who We Are
Rilievo is a digital product creation and try-on platform. It helps users create personal 3D representations, design products around their own features, view products interactively in 3D, and experience virtual try-on at real-world scale.
Rilievo may support different types of personal modeling and product experiences, including face, hand, body, eyewear, clothing, accessories, and other product categories.
2. Information We Collect and Store
Rilievo only collects and stores the following account-related and design-related information:
- Apple Sign In identifier
- Email address
- Display name, if provided by the user
- Product design parameters saved by the user, so designs can be accessed and edited across devices
Product design parameters may include adjustable values used to describe user-created or customized products, such as shape, size, proportion, material, color, or other design settings.
Other than the information listed above, Rilievo does not collect or store other personal data on its servers.
3. Personal 3D and Body-Related Data
To provide core features such as personal 3D modeling, real-world scale estimation, virtual fitting, product alignment, and suitability evaluation, Rilievo may process body-related data on the user’s device.
Body-related data may include visual, depth, geometric, or measurement-related information derived from the user’s face, hand, body, or other physical features, depending on the feature being used.
This body-related data is processed locally on-device. It is not uploaded to our servers, not shared with third parties, and not retained by us on cloud infrastructure.
In other words, personal 3D data is used to generate the experience, but it does not become part of your stored cloud account data.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above only to provide and improve Rilievo’s core functionality, including:
- Creating and managing your account through Sign in with Apple
- Identifying your account across sessions and devices
- Saving your product design parameters
- Allowing you to continue editing and designing products across devices
- Processing body-related data on-device to enable personal 3D modeling, product design, virtual try-on, and fitting evaluation
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We do not share your stored account data or saved product design parameters with third parties, except when necessary to operate the app’s core infrastructure or when required by law.
Body-related data processed on-device is not shared with third parties.
6. Data Storage and Retention
The account information and product design parameters associated with your account are retained only as long as needed to provide Rilievo’s functionality and maintain access to your saved designs.
Body-related data is not retained on our servers. Personal 3D and body-related processing takes place on-device only.
7. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account through the deletion flow provided in the app. When an account is deleted, the associated stored account information and saved product design parameters will be deleted from our systems, subject to any limited retention required by law or legitimate operational necessity.
Because body-related data is processed locally on-device and is not stored on our servers, there is no cloud-stored body-related data retained by us to delete.
8. Your Choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored account data.
9. Children’s Privacy
Rilievo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Third-Party Authentication
Rilievo uses Sign in with Apple for account authentication. Information received through Sign in with Apple is used only for account access and management within the app.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
